What these figures mean
Net settled volume excludes full refunds. Platform fees exclude reversed fees. Direct costs include costs retained after refunds. Contribution is platform fees less recorded direct costs, not net profit or EBITDA.
ROI, acquisition cost, runway, churn and recurring revenue: not connected. These require investment, acquisition, cash, customer cohort and subscription records. Partial refunds, tax reporting, bank reconciliation and payouts are outside this first release.
