Delete your LocalsGH account and personal data

LocalsGH is operated by Couproduc Ai Systems LLC. This page covers Locals, Driver and other services that share your LocalsGH account.

Request from the app

Open Account → Delete account, read the details, confirm your choice and submit your request. Keep the request reference. Submission is not confirmation that deletion has finished.

Request without the app

Email support@localsgh.com from your registered email with the subject “Delete my LocalsGH account”. For phone-only accounts, include your registered phone number so support can arrange verification. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents by email.

Email a deletion request

Your email app must send the message. Opening this link alone does not submit a request. If you cannot access your registered contact, explain that to support for an alternative verification process.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers your account credentials, profile and associated personal data, including reviewed rides, orders, bookings, uploaded files and notification subscriptions. Records needed for a legal obligation, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute may be retained only for that purpose.

Deletion does not automatically cancel active services, reverse payments or cancel external subscriptions. You can request deletion while asking support to resolve those separately.

Timing and retained records

Support will verify your identity, complete deletion within 30 days after verification and confirm completion and any justified exceptions. Detailed ride GPS has a 30-day retention limit; minimized completed rides have a 24-month limit. Minimal financial records are retained for 7 years after the relevant financial year; routine dispute records for 24 months after resolution. Documented legal holds may extend only necessary evidence. Backups have a target expiry of up to 90 days, pending provider verification. See the privacy policy for implementation status and details.
