Once approved, add your products, images and prices. Keep availability current and manage incoming orders from your portal.

Can I register a restaurant or a retail store?

Yes. Choose Restaurant for prepared food or Store for retail products. The team reviews each request and confirms whether your business can be supported.

What should I have ready?

Your business name, location, contact details and information that helps confirm ownership. The review team may request further documentation. Do not enter passwords or payment details in your application.

How much does it cost, and how long does approval take?

Fees, delivery coverage and activation timing must be confirmed with the Locals team. This application does not charge you or guarantee approval.

My store is already on Locals. What do I do?

Sign in to the merchant portal, select your existing store and request ownership access. You do not need to create a duplicate store.

Where do service and construction partners join?

Use House Helper for home services, Prefab Tradesman for skilled work, or Locals Driver for driving. This form is for restaurant and retail merchants.
